Sizzle… sizzle. Hey the bacons ready! If youre looking for fun, exitment and adventure you should go to the Old Sugar Mill Restaurant in De Leon Springs. You can make your favorite breakfast foods right at the grill on your table. The waiter brings you two different kinds of batter. One batter is whole wheat and the other ones plane. Personaly I like the plane but people have their different opinions. Be sure to spray the gril so stuff wont stick. You can also put blueberries, strawberries, chocolate chips, raszberries, exedera exedera on your pancakes. And the best part is it has a hot, nice warming fireplace calling your name. So remember when its raining and its cold and you feel like having some nice hot pancakes come to the pancake place at De Leon Springs. Its superfun and you will like it.

P.S. Get there early so you don't have to wait in line.

P.S.S. Theres a great hiking trail to work off your breakfast. And big trees to climb. We saw a manatee in the springs.

What a wonderful article about the Old Sugar Mill! I could hear the bacon sizzle and smell the pancakes. Now I am hungry and wishing I could go visit, eat lots of pancakes and enjoy the magical spot that is DeLeon Springs. Thank you for reminding us all about one of our very special places in Central Florida, Carson!
