Arts and Culture, Community, What Others Are Saying

Congratulations to local chef Danny Veltri, winner of Fox TV's Hell's Kitchen!

We can't say enough about this Fox Network reality show. That talented, baseball cap-wearing chef extraordinaire, Danny Veltri? He works just south of the Daytona Beach area in New Smyrna Beach. He's truly a hometown guy, and we're very proud of him. We knew Danny had what it takes to win the competition. And why not? He comes from an area that loves good food! The Daytona Beach area has lots of great restaurants -- including the one where Danny fills the role of executive chef. Of course, fresh seafood is what we're known for, but you'll find every taste and cuisine represented in our hundreds of local eateries. When you are in the area, be sure to check them out!
