9 a.m - 2 p.m. Tuesday - Friday. Atlantic Center for the Arts'
Community Arts Center at Harris House, 214 Riverside Drive, New
Smyrna Beach. 'Prehistoric Garden' with Lindsey Wallas.
Paint preposterous prehistoric plants and then assemble some
super-sized succulents! 'Dinomania Workshop' with Erin
Mindigo-Lee. Discover your own species of dinosaur through
drawings, paintings and sculptures. Create gentle giants or raging
raptors using a variety of methods and materials. 'Find Your
Feet' with Ashley Sholtes. Create a moving timeline as you
discover common movements that appear in the dances of many
cultures. Each weekly session features a different destination for
the artistic time tourist. Participants will explore ideas of art
and culture from Prehistoric times to the distant future, with
exciting stops in between. Designed for children 6-12 years old.
Meet new friends and take home artwork every week. There's
downtown for snacks, stretching, games, and lunch. Pre-registration
