Spend a day relaxing on "The World's Most Famous Beach" and get away from it all. Our 23 miles of sandy, white beaches are open to pedestrians 24/7 with free access!

Cars are permitted in designated areas of the beach from sunrise to sunset, tidal conditions permitting. Visit Daytona Beach and find out why people love to vacation here.

Click here for a map detailing the area's vehicle-accessible and pedestrian-only beach areas.

Travelers with disabilities find our beaches highly accessible, too.  Our unique Surf Chairs can be reserved at no cost, enabling visitors to experience the beautiful beaches and sparkling waters without damaging their own equipment.  To learn more about exploring some of the Daytona Beach area's more accessible locations, visit our Accessible Daytona Beach site http://daytonabeach.com/accessible.cfm.
Written by disability consultant Steve Deal, it's an excellent resource for those seeking accommodation for sight, hearing or mobility disabilities.  The site also provides a list of accessible hotel, restaurant, attraction and concert venues -- as well as some great tips for getting around.

BEACH CAM
Get up close and personal with the beach before you arrive. Two great camera angles to choose from.
